I provide a wide range of coaching services tailored to each individual. My coaching philosophy is based upon three tenets :

The first step in any coaching relationship is getting to know the person and understanding what it is that you want to accomplish. By getting to you know you and getting a clear picture of what you want to achieve through hiring a coach, I am able to provide clear direction to reach your goal. Then I design a training plan customized for YOU. I realize not everyone has the same time commitment as others, and I work with you to determine how much training you can do based on your schedule. I also hold you accountable for your workouts. I emphasize frequent communication with my athletes. It is important to build a strong rapport with my clients. I want to become your trusted advisor and receive feedback from you such as how you are feeling, what workouts went well, which ones you don’t like, and what we might change or improve.
