I enjoy assisting any level triathlete or endurance athlete. I like to utilize exercise science concepts as well as intuition to improve performance.

Initially, I focus on improving the biomechanics of the given sport; better technique matters!

Live sessions are the best for me; online training plans are given are okay to write up, but I prefer to see my athletes. 🙂
