Mary Timoney

Hi there my name is Mary Timoney. I am an Ironman University Certified Triathlon Coach, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, USA Cycling Coach, ACSM trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and triathlete. My passion is helping athletes take their race to the next level. Having completed over 60 races myself including a World Championship, I have a wealth of experience in triathlon coaching, marathon coaching, training plans, sports conditioning/strength coaching, and nutrition guidance. I have trained may athletes for various distance races in the past several years. I have coached 3 Ironman All World Athletes.
