USMS Levels I&II Certified. I work with all levels of swimmer and triathlete, from elites to those just starting out. I have won many open water races myself and consider myself an expert in technique development. I have been very successful using videotaping to help swimmers of all abilities use technique, endurance, and racing strategies to improve their swim times.
