I have successfully qualified for both the 70.3 and full Ironman World Championships, and have placed 3rd Overall at the Chesapeakeman Ultra-Distance Triathlon 2008. I seek to coach anyone from the aspiring newbie to those seeking to qualify for the World Championships. My coaching philosophy is to unite both the mental drive with the physical energy and fortitute to accomplish any goal you set.
