We offer individualized comprehensive training plans for athletes or soon-to-be athletes of all abilities. Programs designed around your schedule, lifestyle and goals. Flexible training plans with regular two-way communication by phone and/or email. Online training log provided, powered by TrainingPeaks. We also offer one-on-one training for anyone who wishes to refine their technique or more personal attention.

Coach Keith Ballard has been a competitive endurance athlete for 30+ years, earning multiple USA Triathlon All-American honors and Ironman finishes. He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Is a former director of a human performance lab, conducting research in cycling efficiency in cyclists and triathletes. He has helped athletes at every level achieve their goals, from Olympians and World Champions to first-time finishers. His popular training clinics have helped hundreds of athletes achieve their goal of finishing their first triathlon.

Q Coach Camps

We offers triathlon clinics for beginner to advanced athletes. 2013 marks our 5th year with the popular novice clinic series. They are a lot of fun, and hundreds of triathletes and soon-to-be triathletes have made it to the starting line more confident as a result. Each clinic begins with an informal talk, questions and concerns are addressed, and each participant leaves with a hardcopy of the tips and topics covered. We then proceed to the workout of the day, practicing what we have learned. All levels of experience are welcome and included, we won’t leave you behind!

The intermediate/advanced series is for more seasoned triathletes seeking personalized attention in a small group setting. Please contact us for more info.
