I have been working in the fitness industry for 26 years including owner/operator of a 7400 sq ft gym. Currently I have my own fitness programming studio and love working with individuals and small groups to enhance performance and quality of life in general through on-going fitness programming! I personally race Ironman distance and have completed 6 as of end of year 2010 with two scheduled for 2011. This means I have real world knowledge in addition to education to bring to all my coaching relationships. I also hold a masters degree in psychology which allows me to integrate mental training into all programming for my althletes.
Offer 6 week supported workouts to prepare for first 10K races. Also conduct triathlon one day clinics on topics of performance nutrition, yoga for triathletes, training and racing psychology, and designing a triathlon training program.
