I have been coaching mult-sport for 10 years. I coach athletes at all levels and for all distances. I have placed 1st ag at Hawaii Im, 70.3 worlds , and usat Nationals.I have my own coaching business ,plus I coach for Team Explosion I am certified by USA cyling in coaching with a power Meter.
