John Hansen

My name is John Hansen and I live in the beautiful town of Folsom, California, which is a terrific area for multisport training. I am a seasoned Triathlon coach with over 23 years of racing and coaching experience. I have qualified for National and World Championships across multiple race distances including Age Group Olympic, Ironman 70.3 and Ironman. In addition, my formal education includes a Master?s degree (Exercise Physiology) and my formal work in the field of exercise physiology includes 5 years as an Exercise Physiologist at UC Davis Sports Performance and over 24 years experience as a trainer. With this extensive experience and knowledge I can provide you with the best possible coaching insights, techniques and cutting edge programs to maximize your full potential.

I have also coached athletes at all levels from age group to collegiate to pro triathletes since 1995, with the following highlights:

I have also coached over 60 athletes in over 30 ironman races around the world including:
