We believe that every athlete is different and therefore needs a program geared specifically to their personal ability, taking into account any weaknesses, time available and circumstances.
We will provide you with an individually developed training plan, developed with your goals in mind. We can offer you a range of support options to go with your training plan, depending what you’re after.
We have years of experience and understanding of endurance coaching and the athlete. We apply physiology and theory in a practical manner to assist all athletes reach their potential in their chosen sport and their chosen goal.
Level of ability is not a concern, we are happy to assist any athlete so long as they are enthusiastic about their sport and committed to getting the best from the time they can apply to it.
