My Goal is to guide you through your athletic and life journey by teaching you proven methods to increase performance. The mind is extremely powerful and is often forgotten by the endurance coach. Athletic trianing is all about increasing that level in which your mind tells your body “No More.”” There are ways to change this threshold level through more than just track workouts that make you puke. In conjunction with developing the mind we will use tools like TrainingPeaks to build your endurance performance through a careful goal setting process and execution.”
