Yoli G. Casas has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Applied Kinesiology and currently works part time at the University of Colorado as a research assistant in the area of exercise, aging and cardiovascular health, focused particularly in postmenopausal women.
Yoli has her Expert Level II Triathlon Coaching Certification, Race Director Certification, and ACSM Personal Trainer Certification. She has helped thousands of athletes of all levels throughout the years.
Coach Yoli’s athletes range in ability from those who have never competed in a triathlon to national champions who are among the top 15 women in world age group competition, and top 10 women national age group competition. Some athletes don’t compete at all but enjoy the Team’s general fitness program and the support of others in meeting fitness goals.
