Tri Training Harder specializes on innovative, state of the art coaching for individuals and groups, and runs several triathlon and multi- sport business lines alongside this to complement and support the coaching.

At Tri Training Harder we work to develop a fresh take on coaching. Each of our highly qualified and experienced coaches (top level British Triathlon Certified) is dedicated to helping each athlete achieve their goal weather that’s kick starting a training regime, completing their first triathlon sprint or reaching the podium at their next Ironman race. Keeping coaching athlete centered is very important and the coaches at Tri Training Harder pride themselves on their personal approach.

One of the elements which we believe sets us apart from other coaching companies is our development of consistent coaching ideas between all of our coaches. This is particularly important when running training camps in the Algarve as it allows athletes to receive coherent and consistent guidance when being coached by any member of our team. We also feel that by knocking heads together we continually discuss and analyse different theories and ways to coach. This means that we are all aware of each other’s ideas and how we can develop our coaching as a team to provide an unrivaled coaching service to athletes of all abilities.
