TODAY TRIATHLON & ENDURANCE COACHING has partnered with Sky Club Fitness in Hoboken, NJ to offer 1-on-1 training, group 6 Week Triathlon Swim Programs, 6 Week Adult Swimming Programs, Mini-Weekend Adult Swimming Clinics, 1 Day Running Clinics and weekly Triathlon Specific Classes in Cycling, Running, Brick Training, Kettlebell Training and Endurance Strength & Conditioning that allows you to improve and focus on a particular discipline, or all disciplines!
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
The training and coaching methodology of F.A.S.T.E.R. TODAY TRIATHLON & ENDURANCE COACHING Triathlon Programs is to blend Skill Based Sports Specific Training, High Intensity Training and Endurance Strength & Conditioning to create Optimal Performance Output.
Skill Based Training is “mindful” practice of movements, always striving for optimal efficiency in technique. High Intensity Training is pushing yourself physically and mentally beyond your comfort zone while still maintaining proper technique. Endurance Strength & Conditioning increases and athletes power, strength, endurance, stamina, coordination, flexibility and mental toughness. All these types of training require blocking out all distractions in your mind and focusing only on what you are doing at that moment. This blend of coaching philosophy, has allowed F.A.S.T.E.R. TODAY TRIATHLON & ENDURANCE COACHING athletes to strive for perfection in technique with an open mind to continued improvement, to train with a plan and not mindlessly “go through the motions”, thus making better athletes and most importantly, all while having fun!
We offer Weekend Open Water Swimming Clinics, Adult Swimming Programs, weekly off-season Indoor Triathlon Training Races, Outdoor Cycling Camps, Running Clinics (utilizing high burst photography) and Triathlon Camps.
