Coach Beth (Kenney) Lamie is a USA Triathlon Level II coach, a United States Cycling Federation coach and a member of American Swim Coaches Association and USA Track & Field. Coach Lamie created and trademarked Progressive Cycling – a 20-week watts-based cycling program designed for Ironman triathletes and endurance cyclists. She and her husband Mike Lamie own The Wheelhouse Cycling studio and Human Performance Center and is the founder of the Duxbury Thursday Night Bike Time Trials and the masters swim coach at the Hanover Y.
Camps vary from year to year but include destination triathlon camps, on-course training, and weekly bike time trials.
