Please write some information about your coaching business. The team of professionals has come together for a single purpose: to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether it’s finishing a 5K race or a marathon, completing a sprint triathlon or an Ironman, doing a century ride or a stage race, simply getting back into shape or competing at the highest level in any sport, our goal is to deliver healthy athletes to the starting line, physically and mentally prepared to meet the challenge.
Please describe any training camps your put on. The Eagleman 70.3 is one of the premier half-Ironman races in the country and often it is the first attempt many athletes make at an Ironman distance. If you're signed up for the race in 2010, training for a 70.3 elsewhere, wondering whether you want to tackle longer distance racing or simply looking for some solid training, join us in May for Camp Eagleman. In addition structured training for athletes of every level, we will provide a complete review of what to expect on the race course, a lecture on proper race nutrition for the 70.3 distance (and beyond) and a group discussion on the critical importance of metal preparation for long-course racing. At Camp Eagleman you will ride the bike course (fully supported by a sag wagon), run the run course and swim the swim course (if you're up to braving the chill). The number will be limited to allow coaches to work closely with each camper.
