BoomTime is a Triathlon and Cycle coaching business aimed at helping you achieve your best. We are aimed at the corporate and serious athlete, Women and Men. We operate in Melbourne and Brisbane and offer over 10 coached sessions per week as well as free social rides.
We also create events for Cycling and triathlon. The coaches ride, Tri, race and drink coffee and enjoy the lifestyle- our aim is to feed your passion and be a part of your journey
We run weekend and 3 day training camps for Triathlon and Cycling. Our focuses are technique focus and knowledge based. What this means is that we understand there is a lot of information in this sporting arena. We also understand that for most, time is a huge priority. We want athletes to understand why they are doing a strength effort, why a brick session? We teach linear periodisation and its benefits. The aim of our camps is to develop an athletes understanding of what they are doing, why and the benefits attached, particularly for race preparation and weight loss.
We run these camps 4 times per year and limit the numbers to 12.
The camps are fully supported with vehicles, coaches and accommodation.
