I have been a USA triathlon coach for 4 years and participated/coached endurance athletes for 8 years. I also am a CSCS (strength coach) and encourage all my athletes to use strength training to improve overall performance and daily function. I have competed and coached at all levels of triathlon, 5k-marathon and also a few ultra distance athletes. Most of my training is done online through training peaks, but like to meet with the athletes when time permits. I love working with all levels of athletes and look forward to improving your race day!
