Virginia based (Reston) FeXY Coaching Services provides services to triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers including personalized coaching, training camps and testing. I specialize in athletes desiring to participate in long course (Half Ironman & Ironman distance) triathlon. For the athlete utilizing heart rate zones, pace zones, GPS devices, or power devices – I can tailor a program that conforms to the technology you use.
My personal coaching philosophy is all about balance – balancing training & race objectives with an athlete’s individual life. My main objective as your coach would be to provide you with as much information, direction and insight as I possibly can while instilling in you the mental and physical confidence to achieve your goals.
