Steel City Endurance provides both one-on-one and online coaching to triathetes, swimmers, runners & cyclists. Plans are customized to the athletes exerpience & goals. Communication is paramount to ongoing improvement of the athlete. Plans include power based training and/or HR to measure intensity for cycling, HR or pace to measure intensity for running, and swim metrics of pace, stroke rate & strokes per length for swimming.
I run regular swim classes in a weekly format, and single day swim technque camps.
