Training Plans are written in short (3-4 week) blocks and monitored for performance and adaptations before developing the next block. Plans are customized to the athletes schedule, life’s commitments and athletic goals.
Annual "Triathlon Training Camp at Lake Placid"" has been a sell out over the past few years. This is a 3 day camp that is open to all abilities and all levels with enough coaches to accommodate and support each level. We train on the Ironman Course with sprint distance to seasoned Iron Distance people. The camp is held annually on the 4th weekend in June."
