I have been racing and coaching all levels of mutlisport athletics for over 20 years. I am an 11 time ironman finisher including Kona 2008.
I have four children, one of which is autistic, all of which compete in triathlons. My oldest will race with me at IM Lou 2010. I enjoy training and coaching all levels of athletes all of the time!
Coach Camps
I run clinics in Cary NC year round. I also run a Tri Club and Tri program at the Cary YMCA.
