One Step Beyond is a personal and online coaching service based out of Cary, North Carolina. We also offer swim technique lessons, one-day clinics, group training, and multi-day training camps throughout the year.
Marty Gaal (NSCA CSCS) has been coaching since 2002 and his wife Brianne has been coaching since 2006. We remain competitive as age-group triathletes, open water swimmers, and runners.
We have coached athletes to success in Ironman World Championship events & the Boston Marathon, as well as athletes completely new to multisport events. OSB also produces the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form freestyle technique DVD.
