I am F.I.S.T. Certified and also completed Paul Levine’s “Signature Cycles” Fitting Certification Seminar in Manhattan, New York. RDG Cycles is first and foremost, a Fit Shop that employs numerous tools including Racermates “Computer Trainer”, to help with the fitting protocol. Together with the athlete, we can achieve various fitting issues and limitations to achieve the best possible position.
