Our mission is to provide coaching services and support to the triathlon and distance running communities in order to empower athletes to push the limits of their bodies in ways that help them to learn about life and to experience the extraordinary.
We serve all levels of ability for both triathlon and running, and specialize in long distance events (including ultra marathons and ultra triathlons).
We begin with a fitness assessment, and develop a plan that is based on your lifestyle, goals, and your unique ability level. We use heart rate training for bike and run. Athletes with power meters will also receive power-based training plans. (Power meters not required.)
Unlimited email correspondence. Phone, text, skype, etc. correspondence dependent on plan level.
One-to-one sessions available for form analysis, strength training, and skill instruction.
Race planning and fueling advice.
We offer periodic group clinics for swimming, cycling and running. Please call for information.
